What you will be doing

As an IT Service Desk Engineer at SpronQ, you will be deployed to various clients where you’ll be responsible for resolving IT-related issues. You’ll be the first point of contact for end users and ensure that systems and services function optimally. No two days are the same — you’ll work on diverse assignments, explore different environments, and continually develop your professional skills.

Requirements:

  • A completed MBO level 3 or 4 education in IT.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with multiple clients.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Possession of a MCSA Windows 10 certificate.
  • Possession of an ITIL Foundation V3 certificate.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system such as TOPdesk.

Nice to have:

  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Essentials.
  • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
